Meaning: It is alright to steal a idea from other members and posts and books and such, just don’t say its your own idea, don’t say you made it up, and don’t take credit for it. But it is alright to steal ideas and make them your own, change them around a little, but don’t plagerise!


Main Rules

• Swearing is allowed.
  
• Respect all members!
  
• Please try to keep all OOC in Role-Play posts to a minimum.
  
• Write in complete sentences!
  
• Use Spell Check.
  
• Signatures can consist of one picture 550x250px
  
• Every 4 months is a year on TQ. So every month is a different season. [Summer, Spring, Winter, and Fall]
  
• There is a current limit of 2 stallions and unlimited mares per player. The stallion number will increase once the site is more active!
  
• If a member hasn’t posted in 15 days, and if they have land that they bought themselves, its put up for public due to in-activity.
  
• If a member that you role play with has not posted 15 days, and they play a foal that was either foaled or sired by one of your characters, you can have the foal.
  (you can see the last post they made by looking at their profile)
  

Character Joining Rules

• You must post the characters Biography in the Joining board.
  
• Make a NEW topic in the Joining board.
  
• There are no alliances here on TQ.
  
• Make sure the name you use isn’t already taken.
  
• Post the following:

  Breed:
  Gender:
  Height:
  Appearance:
  Personality/History:
  

Character Claiming Rules

• Only stallions can claim lands. (I’m not a sexist pig; I just want this site to be realistic)
  
• Stallions must +3 years of age to claim land and mares.
  
• Stallions must have lands before they can claim mares.
  
• Mares must have permission from their stallion or fight for their freedom to leave.
  
• You may play one horse per herd. (This does not include foals (equines 3 and under))
  
• You may fight another stallion for lands.
  
• You may fight another stallion for a mare.
  
• You may force claim a mare.
  
• If you don’t want land to be challenged for, you may buy your own land using points. Read more in the points section.
  
• PM SCREAM™ the name of your herd, the description of the land, the name of the stallion and within what continent the lands your claiming is within.
  
• There can be up to five herds within each continent.
  
• Another continent will be discovered (aka created) every 6 real life months.
  
• If you battled a stallion for a land and won and you want to change the herd name and/or description, PM SCREAM™ with the current herd name and what you want the details changed to.
  
• If you battled a stallion for land and won, PM SCREAM™ the name of the stallion and the herd.
  

Character Fighting Rules

• You can fight over virtually anything.
  
• Power-playing/ God playing is automatic disqualification!
  
• 5 attacks per player
  
• 1 attack per post
  
• I will judge the fight
  
• If a fight hasn’t been replied to in less than 48 hours, the last one to post wins.
  

Points Rules
Earning:

• Gain 2 points per post.
  
• Gain 10 points per advertisement you make.
  
• Gain 50 points per member that PMs me telling me they were referred by you.
  
• Gain points by entering contest. (Prize varies on difficulty of the contest.
  
• Gain 25 points by voting in the ‘_’ of the months. (Per category: member, herd, stallion, and mare)
  
• Gain 200 points by winning a ‘_’ of the month category. (Only stallion, mare and member of the months receive money for winning. Herd of the month is more of congratulation.)

Spending:

• Buy your mare a rare Twin birthing for 750 points. (PM me the name of the mare and the next time I give her foal stats she will have twins)
  
• Buy your mare a very-rare (unheard of in the real world) Triplet birthing for 1,500 points. (PM me the name of the mare and the next time I give her foal stats she will have triplets)
  
• Buy the option to do your foal stats yourself for 500 points. (This way you get exactly what you’re wanting if you have a specific height, color and/or gender in mind)
